  • Training Data: Documents (PDFs, Word docs), website URLs, and Q&A pairs you upload to train your custom AI brain.
  • Usage Data: Log data, IP addresses, browser types, and interaction metrics with our platform and your deployed widgets.
  • Billing Information: Payment details processed securely via Dodo. We do not store full credit card numbers.

We use the collected data for several purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and improve our chatbot services.
  • To process and train the AI models specific to your account.
  • To manage your account and process billing transactions.
  • To send administrative messages, updates, and security alerts.

4. Data Processing & Third Parties

To deliver our AI capabilities, we work with trusted service providers. Your training data may be processed by:

  • OpenAI: For Large Language Model (LLM) processing and response generation.
  • Supabase: For secure database storage and authentication.
  • Dodo: For payment processing and subscription management.
  • Vercel: For hosting and edge infrastructure.

We do not "sell" your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Security & Retention

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Training data is stored in encrypted databases. We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You can delete your account and associated data at any time through the dashboard settings.
