By accessing or using KnowChat ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

KnowChat provides a platform for creating, training, and deploying AI-powered chatbots using Large Language Models and custom data provided by the user.

3. AI Accuracy Disclaimer

Strict Notice: AI-generated content can occasionally be inaccurate, biased, or "hallucinate" information.

While we strive for high accuracy, KnowChat does not guarantee the correctness of responses provided by your custom chatbots. You are responsible for monitoring and verifying the information provided by your bot, especially for critical business or legal communications.

4. User Responsibilities

When using KnowChat, you agree:

  • To provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • To only upload training data (PDFs, URLs, etc.) that you have the legal right to use.
  • Not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Not to attempt to circumvent rate limits or probe our security infrastructure.
  • Not to use our AI to generate harmful, hateful, or deceptive content.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. All payments are processed through Dodo. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal in your dashboard.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the training data you upload. KnowChat retains all ownership rights to the platform, including its code, design, and proprietary training engine.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KnowChat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
